Miss H Eustace plays a vital role in supporting student wellbeing across the school. As the Pastoral and Welfare Lead for Year 11, she works closely with students during this crucial and often demanding stage of their education, providing guidance, reassurance and practical support as they prepare for examinations and next steps beyond school.

Alongside her pastoral responsibilities, Miss Eustace is a valued member of the Safeguarding Team, serving as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). In this role, she works in close partnership with staff, students and families to ensure safeguarding concerns are managed promptly, sensitively and effectively.
