Arbor Parent Portal

It's nice and simple to sign in to Arbor, but it only works if you have ensured your contact details with us are up-to-date.

On Arbor, parents / guardians who are allowed access to the Arbor Parent Portal are called Primary Guardians. For these individuals, we require a valid, active email address to be assigned to their profile to allow for the system to log you in.

If you haven't provided an email address, please contact our Information Team as soon as possible to do so (you will need to confirm at least one of your children with us to identify you by providing their full name and date of birth).

It should open a page that looks like:

For your first time logging in, click the button that says "First time logging in?", which will open this window:

In this window, add the email address you provided to us (make sure it's written exactly the same), and press the "Set Password" button. This will send you an email with further instructions.

You will need to confirm your child's date of birth on the Portal before it gives you full access.

On the Arbor Parent Portal, you will get an overview of all the information you will need for your child's progress here at Miltoncross Academy, including:

By clicking the green View Student Profile button, you can check the current available information regarding your child and make any necessary changes / updates you need.

This includes:

• Their name
• Sex
• Date of Birth
• Home address
• Your Guardian contact information
  • Mobile
  • Landline
  • Home address
  • Email address
• Dietary requirements
• Medical conditions

When making your changes, please only submit them once.
Any and all changes made to a student's information will be flagged on our system before appearing on your accounts as altered. Our Information Team will review the changes and decide whether they can be approved or declined. More often than not, changes will be approved, however it may be necessary for the Information Team or our Year Teams to request further information before doing so.
