Miss P Southam

Miss Southam plays a key role in supporting student wellbeing across the school. As the Pastoral and Welfare Officer for Year 8, she works closely with students to provide guidance, encouragement and practical support, helping them navigate both the academic and personal challenges of the year.

In addition to her pastoral role, Miss Southam is a valued member of the Safeguarding Team, where she serves as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). She works collaboratively with staff, students and families to ensure safeguarding concerns are managed sensitively, promptly and in line with best practice.
